When dining in Italy you start with the first plate which is called the primo. It is either pasta, risotto or polenta.
The secondo is the second plate, usually meat, fish, or vegetables and the portions are generally smaller. While we don’t do an antipasto, first and second dish here in the US, these recipes would be perfect to cut in pieces and use as an appetizer. Especially for the holidays. Join Filomena in this class as she demonstrates typical Italian dishes. Filomena will demonstrate each recipe while you sit and watch and learn how to cook Italian like a pro!
Stay tuned for more details of the actual dishes as it gets closer. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and wine.
Classes start at 6:00, are approx 1 hour and are $35 a person .
Social distance practices will be in place and masks are required.
6 participants required to have the class.
