We will talk about three things very important to Italian culture, Food, Wine & Art.
Filomena will cook with us a quick recipe from the Tuscan Region. Then our sommelier Rafaella will talk to us about the wine and how it pairs with the food.
And Giovanna, our art expert who studied in Florence, will talk about the influence of wine in painting.
For this first class in what we hope to be a series, we will talk about the famous painting of Bacchus by Caravaggio.
